hazeeb : open internet explorer and type below url in the address bar.....http://192.168.1.1
...you will be promped for username and password....
your default username and password is admin...some modems default password is password...click on "configuration"....then click internet connection or wan setting....your settings should be as follows...
VPI:0
VCI:35
Connection type:ppoe
Then enter your username and password which is provided by your bsnl office..
save and reboot..
